Subscriptions & Billing

Account subscriptions list showing plan status for billed sites

Understand the site-scoped subscription model

A subscription belongs to one site. Account Settings can list billed sites together, but plan changes, cancellation, domains, and renewal decisions must be made in the context of the exact site.

Read the subscriptions list

Confirm the site name and Site ID, plan, status, and billing period before taking action. The list can include active, trialing, past-due, or cancelled records; free sites without a paid subscription do not need a billing action.

Only the site owner manages the subscription. Administrator collaborators can manage site content but cannot manage billing or delete the site.

Interpret status and period

Active means the paid plan is renewing. Past due requires payment attention. Cancelled can still retain Pro access until the current paid period ends. The displayed period or end date is the source of truth for when the next change takes effect.

Site subscription upgrade options for monthly, annual, and two-year Pro plans

Choose an upgrade or renewal period

The current Site Settings offers Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and a two-year Pro option. Compare the total billing period, renewal timing, and included feature you need for this site before starting checkout.

Prices, savings labels, taxes, and availability are time-sensitive. The screenshot records one moment; confirm the current amount and billing period in the live checkout before approving payment.

Cancellation, renewal, and plan changes

Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the current paid period. Pro access remains until the displayed end date, then the site downgrades to the free plan.

A cancelled subscription can be resumed for a selected renewal period without a charge that day in the current UI. Changing the renewal period applies at the next renewal and leaves the current paid period unchanged.

The captured subscription panels do not expose a dedicated invoice control, so this guide does not promise one. Use a billing or payment-provider link only when it is actually shown to your account; otherwise contact Luna support with the site ID and the relevant status.

Responsive and accessible use

Subscription rows stack their details and actions on smaller screens. Upgrade and renewal cards change from three columns to a vertical list, preserving each plan’s full label and billing period.

Use plan names and period text rather than color or promotional badges alone. Move through plan, change-renewal, cancel, and confirmation controls with Tab, and read the final amount before submitting.

Common mistakes checklist

• Do not manage billing from the wrong site.

• Do not compare only the monthly equivalent; check the full billed period.

• Do not assume Cancel removes Pro access immediately.

• Resolve past-due status before relying on paid features.
