Form Responses

Open the selected site’s responses

From the Dashboard, confirm the site card, open Utils, and choose Form responses. The view is site-scoped and includes stored Form submissions and Newsletter signups available to your account.

Use the controls in current UI order

Forms, Newsletter, and Form selector

Choose Forms for Form block submissions or Newsletter for Newsletter signups. Switching the tab resets the selector to All forms and returns to the first page. Use the Form selector to narrow the current response type to one named form.

Export and Refresh

Export downloads a CSV for the active Forms or Newsletter tab and active form filter. It fetches all matching pages, not only the visible page. Fixed columns include creation time, source, site domain, page path, form name, and block ID; submitted fields become additional columns.

Uploaded files are represented by filenames in CSV, not embedded file bytes. Refresh requests the latest matching responses without changing the selected tab or filter.

Understand loading, empty, error, and pagination states

A loading skeleton appears while the initial request is pending. No responses yet means the current tab and filter returned no records. A red message reports load, export, or download failures. Previous and Next controls paginate larger result sets, with 50 responses per page in the current UI.

Export is disabled when the visible page contains no items. Recheck the tab and filter before concluding that the site has no submissions.

Inspect responses and files safely

Open a response row to read its fields, timestamp, form/page context, and source badge: View site, Edit site, or Legacy site. Uploaded images can show a preview; file controls download through the authenticated site response endpoint.

Download only trusted submissions and scan files according to your organization’s security practice. A file preview or filename does not prove that its contents are safe.

Privacy and retention responsibility

Luna Sites provides viewing, filtering, download, and export controls; the site owner remains responsible for lawful collection, access, retention, deletion, and disclosure. Store exported CSV files securely, share them only with authorized people, and remove local copies when the task is complete.

Responsive and accessible use

This view uses stacked response cards rather than a fixed data table. On narrow screens, the header controls, tabs, selector, and response columns stack; long field values wrap inside expanded details.

Use Tab to reach Export, Refresh, Forms, Newsletter, the Form selector, response rows, file downloads, and pagination. Expanded rows are buttons and should be operable with Enter or Space. Keep focus visible after refreshing or changing filters.

Common mistakes checklist

• Confirm the site, tab, and form filter before reviewing or exporting.

• Do not assume a CSV contains file bytes.

• Do not treat an empty filtered view as proof that all response types are empty.

• Do not retain exports indefinitely without a defined purpose.
