Dashboard Overview

Dashboard site card with the Utils menu highlighting Form responses and Redirects

Use the Dashboard as your project switchboard

The Dashboard brings every site you own or collaborate on into one place. Use it to confirm the project, understand recent activity, and open the correct site-level workflow before making a change.

Read a site card

Identity and access

The site name and public address identify the project. A shared site also shows a “Shared with me” badge with Administrator or Contributor access; owned sites do not need that collaborator badge. Confirm both the name and role before editing, routing traffic, or handling submissions.

Actions in current UI order

1. Select the site card or its editor action when you need to change pages, blocks, navigation, or site design.

2. Open Settings for site-scoped access, subscription, domains, and Email / SMTP.

3. Open Analytics for the selected site’s detailed traffic view.

4. Open Utils, then choose Form responses to review submissions. Owners and Administrator collaborators can also open Redirects; Contributors do not receive that authoring route.

Interpret the activity summary

Site cards show recent page-view information and when analytics were last updated. The card explicitly marks these figures as not real time. Use Refresh analytics before comparing recent changes, and expect the detailed Analytics page to be the better source for a selected date range.

Created and last-edited dates describe the project record, not proof that the public site was published at that moment.

Open the right workflow

Use the editor for content and design, Settings for site configuration, Analytics for measurement, Form responses for collected data, and Redirects for old internal paths. If an action is absent, check the selected site and your current role instead of assuming the feature is unavailable everywhere.

Responsive and accessible use

On smaller screens, dashboard summaries and site cards stack into a single-column flow, while the card actions remain grouped. Let the page reflow instead of zooming out until text becomes unreadable.

Move through buttons, links, and the Utils disclosure with Tab. Keep the visible focus indicator in view, open Utils with the keyboard, and confirm the selected menu item before pressing Enter. Search sites by name or address when a long list makes visual scanning unreliable.

Common mistakes checklist

• Verify the site name, domain, and access badge before acting.

• Refresh cached card analytics before comparing a recent campaign.

• Do not look for redirects in Settings; open Utils → Redirects.

• Do not treat account-wide settings as site settings.
